Every member of Warwickshire Search and Rescue is a volunteer, and the only way we can continue to operate is with your help and support. Each team member pays for their own clothing, fuel and equipment, but your support helps keep our Incident Control Vehicle running, provides essential training and helps us purchase vital equipment, such as communications equipment, GPS navigation and medical kits.
So, how can you help?
By making a donation – No matter how small, personal donations help to keep the team running. You can make a donation by using the Paypal button (you don’t need a Paypal account to do this). If you would prefer other means of donating, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By shopping online – Easyfundraising is a brilliant way to raise money for Warwickshire Search and Rescue Team. Shop online with over 2,700 retailers and they’ll give a donation every time you buy something, at no extra cost to you.
Payroll giving – Ask your employer if they support payroll giving. This is a scheme that allows employees to make donations on a regular basis, straight from the employer’s payroll before tax is deducted (thus increasing the amount donated, at no extra cost to you). See the HM Revenue & Customs web site for more information.
Give your time – If you have time to come and help us at fundraising events, holding a collection bucket, or you could help with other activities, such as hiding for our dogs, administration or operational support, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
Sponsorship – Could your company support us with a donation, or provide equipment, venues for meetings and training (classrooms, gymnasia, farm or common land etc.), or services, such as photography and printing? Or maybe you could sponsor us, generally? If so, take a look at our Sponsor Us page, and please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d love to hear from you.
